Imagery is a way of viewing your feelings, ideas, and perceptions. It is a window into your inner world and has been referred to as the language of the emotions, and the deeper self.  It is the bridge between the conscious and the subconscious mind.  Just as we all dream, we use imagery daily.  Like hypnosis, it is a means to transform belief and thought.  If you can conceive fear and worry, which we all do so well, you can learn how to relax, become aware of habitual unconscious patterns, and reshape your thinking.  Then you can gain insight and a deeper understanding of ways to restore balance and health in order to live a rich and fuller life.
